i have a 4in, when i first got it i was running 37in bfg A/Ts i believe it all depends on what wheels you get to keep it from rubin ProComp makes good wheels and they make them specialy for lifted trucks... honestly i wish i hadnt got a lift and left it stock i was faster and the ride quality completly changed its real bouncy and im on my second set of ball joints in two years also the brakes seem to wear out faster and tires cost a heck of alot more... my next truck is definatly staying stock or atleast a leveling kit with some nice wheels an tires!

4" suspension lift

This is my 2000 F-350, dually with a 4" lift. It works great if you're pulling a fifth wheel, where bed rail clearance is an issue. I like it!!!!

Make sure that the ride is werth the money you spend. I took a trip in a truck that hade a 6" lift, and other than the look it, the ride sucks, his fuel econ was a joke and he said the same as HeffPsDiesel, said bout the ball joints.

get a hanger kit to go with it . You can get a 2.5" or a 3.5" hanger kit.
