it helps the engine, the new ulsd has less lubriants due to the proccess of taking the sulfur out, 2-stroke adds lubrication back into the fuel and helps the truck run better, quieter and helps the parts that are supposed to be lubricated by the fuel, 1 ounce per gallon of fuel, look on one of the cummins forums, i think the 24v, there should be some info there

I've been running it now for about 8 mos and won't go back to straight diesel. My truck runs and sounds so much better.

I'm on my 4th tank with 2 stroke oil. I originally ran it cause I heard about it and I had some left over from my boating season that I didn't want to let sit for 4 months. Motor runs MUCH quieter and MPG has gone up a little bit too. Haven't had any problems with gelling this winter either. This morning it was about 6* out when I started the truck up.

Been running 1 oz. 2 stroke to 1 gallon diesel for the past 7 mos. Truck is muck quieter. Few weeks ago tried running both tanks without and WOW, what a difference in noise level.
