OUICK! 12v ign source????

Please, I need to find an easy switched 12v ign source for my pyro gauge in my 96. Have been poking around for a while without any luck. I really don't want to take a wire all the way back out into the engine compartment.

Not if he's looking for a 12V source wire for the pyro. If he's looking for ilumination then I'd agree but by his question it sounds like he's looking for a wire to power the pyro not light it up.
