question about ULSD

ok maybe im just an idiot but i was wondering why a couple of months ago QT has a sticker on there pumps that say Ultra Low Sulpher Diesel is for all 2007 and later diesels. and yesterday when i went to fill up it said do not use in 2007 and later models. now does that mean 2007 and older or newer, and has anyone else seen this and if this is true what other diesel is there for me to put in my 02 7.3L SD?

Ultra Low Sulphur contains less than 15 parts per million of Sulfur. It is required for 2007 and newer diesel engines, but is supposed to be suitable for all diesel engies. IT SUCKS...mileage is worse, and its not as good for lubrication. The 7.3L powerstroke was designed using Low Sulfur diesel, which contains 500 parts per million of sulfur. Its use is not allowed in 2007 and newer vehicles. Unfortunately almost all that is available is ULSD, so thats what we have to run. I mix one ounce of 2 stroke oil (walmart brand outboard engine 2 stroke oil) per gallon of fuel to get the lubrication back
