Help, oil in coolant reservoir !!

I was driving home from work and noticed the oil in the reservoir , about two inches. I noticed the leaking oil on the ground when i got home, opened the hood and found it leaking out of where the engine coolant goes. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
Sorry, I have 2001 7.3L SD, with 110,000 mile on it.

I'd start at the oil cooler by the oil filter and work your way towards the injector cups..... good luck.

Thanks, any one have the information on how to replace the oil cooler or to test it to see if that is where the oil is leaking.

it is easy to replace. I have replaced the orings and seals in a couple cuz they were leaking. It is located on the drivers side of the block and has 5 or six bolts holding it onto the block. Remove the bolts and it will come right out. You will prob have to get a new one from ford if that is the prob cuz i have not heard of anyone making one aftermarket.
