Has it ever been involved n a crash?

Check the frame to see if it's straight.

Otherwise

It it just a looks thing or are you seeing abnormal tire wear? You could have it thrown on a frame rack and take some measurements to see what night be crooked or tweaked. If it's a tire wear issue a 4 wheel alignment might fix it depending how bad it is.

if the lift has blocks on the rear the stud for the spring pack bolt could be off center f-r. if you replaced the spring pack the center could be different between sides. i dont think it would take much to throw one end of your axle an inch or so off. i had an old chevy that the axle slipped on the spring about 1/2" and threw everything out of whack

i was going to say check the center pens on the rear springs and the lift blocks. or take it to a shop and have them look at it.

Well my truck looks like it's going sideways when your following it, but it's because the front axel is wider than the rear. Have you seen your truck driving down the road, or is it just what your buddies say. I would get someone else to drive the truck and get a good view before i started putting money into it.

yea it was in a crash. a car passed the center line and hit me in the left front tire. peeled the bead for the rim back and when i did the lift i found the center brackets for the a arms were broken! there are blocks in the rear with center pins.
no i have not seen the truck go down the road. so I'm not to sure what it looks like go down the road. there is no abnormal tire wear.
