400K and she stil pulls 265'

Ok, I have remarked of my friend that has a 96' 7.3 5-spd with 400k on the clock and he has never touched the motor or trans other than clutch and stg 1 injectors.
I see this as a testamate to the 7.3 and how an old beat 96' can still do pretty good.
This is his best pull so far and he drives this truck every day and he drives it HARD!!!!
The truck gets about 1000 every week and a half too!

heck yeah, i'm coming up on 400,000 on my '94, probably within a year and it seems to run the best it ever has for me. kind of off subject but i read somewhere or heard somewhere that the odometer won't read over 399,999 and just resets back to 300,000 when you turn it over. did your friends truck do that or do i not know what i'm talking about?

they will read up to 999,999 in theory however due to electronic failures they rarely make it over 500k, The highest I have seen in person on the electronic PSOM is 649k
