A/T PCM Shifting Characteristics

Does anyone know what the best factory A/T shifiting PCM's there are for the 94-97 with E4OD?

Do the 94-97 F-Seris Super Duty (or F-450) have better shift characteristics than the F-250/350?

Some examples of the 95 models: the F-450 used a PRY5 and a F250/350 used a TEE5. What's the difference is these two PCM's?

Thanks,
Roger
