no go

okay fellas here is the situation...

2001 F-250 4x4 4R100 with chip(stock tunes) intake and exhaust, while driving down the road the trans started to what felt like slip from a stop and then lost all drive but had reverse with no delay or slipping. It didnt bang into gear or anything.

Changed the fluid(which wasnt burnt) and filter and flushed the system, still had reverse and no forward drive at all.

Changed the fluid, filter and put in a brand new torque converter and same deal. Any ideas before a complete overhaul would be nice. I didnt know if this would be something hung up or not working in the valve body that could be fixed first. Thnx in advance
