Question E40d Shift kit

I want to install a shift kit but, have only changed the fluid in my e40d. I was wondering if someone has a step by step guide?

The sonnax kit i installed in my 4r100 had EXCELLENT step by step directions. Simple thing to do, just plan on having lots of GO-JO around!

so a shift kit is not something too difficult to do?? I just dont want to open up the tranny and have a million little things fall out.

No it isn't hard at all doing it and changing the fluid you should be right at two hours.
