Replaced the starter on our F450 last week, it cranks a lot faster now.

94 Ford F-250, Reg cab, xlt, 12v cummins, 5 speed, 4:10s,
370's, edge jammer turbo, colt camshaft, tuned by Snap-on

99 Kenworth T800, C-12 cat power, 10 speed, 3:90 gears, ag200, ridewell tag, 24ft grain bed.

90 freightshaker, 3406a , 13 speed, um...it was cheap

Same here you can take the starter off pretty quick and hook it to a battery charger and see if it is turning over slow or quick, this will save you the hassle of taking it to the parts store and haveing it checked if it is not the starter. Sounds like a starter to me though, I've went through two of them this year and the same thing happened to me.

On the hunt for a 7.3 preferably CC or Ext. Cab SB...Let me know of any deals.
