fpr is shimmed when i rigged up a gauge to see what pressures i was getting i started at 91 psi... after 4 times of taking apart and grinding and re-assembling i got to 71-72 psi how much is that gonna affect my truck since they say to run at 70psi?

It'll run fine and you probably won't notice a single bit of difference between 71-72 psi. and 70 psi.
