good deal or not?

im thinkin about buyin a 2000 f350 4 door long bed 4x4 powerstroke and it has 200,000 miles interior is cloth in alright condition exterior is in good condition couple tiny dings it has a brush guard.. truck is completely stock and it needs new tires..transmission shifts real smooth.. they want 10 grand is that a good price?


-1995 F350 7.3 liter diesel extended cab dually, 292000 miles, K&N cold air intake, 3 inch down pipe, straight pipe, bullydog 6 position chip, a trans and boost gauge.

-1996 f250 single cab long bed 4x4, k&n cold air intake, ts chip, straight pipe, 211,000 miles, 6in lift, 35in tires

now i just found a dodge cummins 2001 extended cab power everything, auto, 4x4, leveling kit, with 75,000 miles on it and the guy is only askin 9 grand or obo, kbb says its worth 13.. looks like i might be converting over to the dodge family maybe they will give me some feedback when i got a question..

Those are both really good deals...Just remember that every brand is going to have it's problems. I hope you get something that is going to be reliable for you. Good Luck. The way it sounds you are getting a much better deal with the Cummins though.

On the hunt for a 7.3 preferably CC or Ext. Cab SB...Let me know of any deals.

The price on the dodge is better. With 200k the ford is alittle high. I would say about 8500 for the ford.

well the dodge was to good to be true the guy that was sellin it had just got it from someone cause they owed him money.. and he did a carfax and what not on it and the truck use to have a gas motor and someone put a diesel in it so i think im going to stay away from that.. i think im just gunna keep looking
