what would it take?

96 F-350 Regular cab: 5" to 6" exhaust. autometer Z series a pillar pod for gauges. Window tint.

Your best bet would be to buy an 03' with the 7.3L already in it and swap over the different body components of the 05'.

well it's a 03 6.0 and i have a 96. i rolled my truck and it's a friend that has has a lot of problems with his 6.0

I don't think too much. BTS was doing a swap like that while I was there.

Unless you're an electrical engineer, it'd be a nightmare of a swap. Be easier and cheaper to swap in a Cummins.
