what do you think?

A guy that I no has a 95 f-250 with 161,000 on it. the body has a little rust but that's it. it currently doesn't run. it will crank over but won't fire. and it just so happens that i'm in need of a truck after my little oops. if he got it running he wants 5k for it, but i'm gonna take it not running since i have a Whole motor that i can use if need be. i'm gonna offer 3k for what do you think? o and it has a built trans in it.

RIP.......

3k sounds like a good starting point.

And it could just be batteries. They provide enough umph to turn the motor over...but not enough is left for the computer to fire the injectors.

Get it for 3k...then put new batteries in it and see if she fires up.
