Alternator for Powerstrokes

Hi:

Does anyone have experience with the following company of alternators:

"Quickstart Automotive Electric"

http://store.alternatorparts.com/199...okediesel.aspx

OR to homepage
http://www.alternatorparts.com/

This company sells larger case alternators and rectifiers.

We are converting a year 2000 E450 power stroke 7.3L diesel / Champion bus into a Lino bus which will need lots of electric equipment with big power converters (42Amp and 17 amp) and so on.

We do not know if we need to upgrade our alternator to a higher amp output one.
Does anyone know what amp output a power stroke diesel comes with?
And someone told me we have the generator version on our engine?

All suggestions are welcome.

Some of the 7.3's came from the factory with dual alternators, you might be able to find the hardware at a junkyard. Usually the ambulances have the dual alt set up, look for those.
