need help tranny wont shift

have a 2000 f250 auto and It did have a chip on it before and it was shifting hard before this happen. I can't get my tranny to **** out of 2 gear it like stuck and my speedometer is going crazy like up to 35 than down to 15 , I had the problem not shifting before but it went away because it was low on trany fluid because i had a hole in my trany cooler line
I did have time to check it out because I had to go to work going on 2 gear cuss im in college and this is my only truck, but I think mabe the speed sensor.
can my ecm be bad? how would I know?

honestly a TC???? Explain to my how and why a TC wouldnt let the tranny shift out of 2nd?

Anyway. Glad it is working for you now. It also could have been a stuck valve or diode.

But since the speedo was acting up the VSS could be an issue also
