What should I pay for this?

I work at a dealership that just got 1999 superduty in on trade. Its a crew cab, long bed, 4x4, lariat trim. It has guages and exhaust. It will need two tires in the next 20k. The real kicker is that it has 260k on it. It starts fairly easy and has no wierd noises when idling. I looked over the engine bay and it looks dirty and used but there are no signs of de gas bottle or oil leaks- its just dusty. I have looked online and at the car guides, but I am unsure what it is worth. I need a cheap truck to drive for the next few years, but I want to be able to sell it without losing my shorts on it too. Thanks in advance for your replies!

most dealerships will let an employee buy a vehicle that was traded in for $500.00 bucks more than they paid for it.

my cousin was allowed to buy cars like that for himself or close family members.

thats how i scored a $42,000 chrysler pacifica for $23,000 and it had only 5k miles on it and was only 4 months old.

Talk to the higher ups at the dealership.
