4" exhaust with 90 degree tailpipe

Does anyone know if there is a company that makes a 4" exhaust for our trucks that makes a tailpipe to exit the truck like the factory ones do with a 90 degree bend??????????

I don't want one with a 45 degree bend at all, has to be a 90 dregree bend. It is for a F350 dually Dump.

Cab and chassis? I just learned Diamond Eye makes an 4" exhaust for our trucks...K4328A.

Not sure how it exits though.

A buddy told me that, only because his boss's 04 F350 6.0L wrecker has a 90 degree exit. Is there a specific part number or exhaust model number from them to make sure its a 90? Any other companies do a 90 that you know of?
