GPR Test

So, I followed this thread Here And the brown and yellow wire (one that has no cover, does not have any voltage going to it with the key on. the other large wire (covered) has a constant 12v to it. Does this mean the GPR is bad.

So we checked it again and it has 11.3 volts avg. and then checked it as the second part said to by jumping 12 volts to it and we still only get 11.4 to it then.

We are checking this due to the thread I posted Here.

Any help would be great

Have you tested the GPS on another truck, and checked to see if the voltage is reading the same?
