Talking New Bling for the Parallel Turbo Pulling Truck

Thunder Struck Bumpers built me 2 new custom bumpers for the pulling truck. The front one was built to hold the cummins engine craddle we use for weight.

They just showed up today and it was like Christmas here. I have been waiting to see these for a couple months now and I am so excited to finally have them.:redspotdance:

Maybe within the next month we can get this thing back together. We are still waiting on our custom traction bars and driveshaft hoops. We have also got the headers redone and they are currently getting ceramic coated and I still have to get the new injectors.

Seems like there is never enough time and money for everything.

They are about 5 hours from me.

Their products are really nice and that is why I decided to start selling them. The quarter turned square tubing is a lot stronger than the round and looks a lot nicer to me.

Great people to deal with and they take pretty good care of me.

... That is a good question.

I have had one heck of a truck selling streak and sold both of my 99s and both of my 01s the past 2 weeks. That has left me with nothing to drive right now other than my old 99 I sold my stepfather last year which I am currently borrowing.

So right now I am concentrating on getting my 04 6.0 together so I have something to drive again. That is taking some $$ as went ahead and bought another engine and I am doing all the upgrades it needs to be dependable and also adding some performance goodies such as injectors and turbo.

So until I have my own set of wheels under my butt again I have to hold off on the pulling truck. Even if it was going I would have no way to haul it to the pulls yet.

I am hoping to have the 6.0 together maybe end of next week. Then the next week I will try and get moving on the pulling truck and hopefully have it ready to go before I take off to New York for a week on the 23rd.

Forgot to mention I am currently having shaft loops and traction bars built for the pulling truck. I have no plans to take it out this year until I have all of this stuff done. So if it takes a little longer then so be it.

Here are the traction bars in progress as I type.

We are going to be making these to sale also. I already have 5-6 sets sold and this first set just came off the laser yesterday.
