Friend wants 350hp

1996 F250 with manual trans. Friend of mine wants to build it mostly for daily driving, some towing up to 10K, and says he would like about 350hp. What's a good recipe to get started? He didn't mention any budget.

Take a look at the mods in my signature. On the 2nd-hottest tune it yields trap speeds that equal 326 RWHP despite some massive boost leaks. Hope to run the hottest tune this weekend and hit some higher speeds yet, will also try to fix half the boost leaks (need to pull the turbo to get to the other half).

stage 1s and tuning will get you there. but to be safe you might want a D66, intercooler and tranny or clutch.

{95 F250 Powerstroke XLT} 5 spd, Wildman 6 pos. chip, custom IC, ADs, AFE stage 2 intake, 3" down pipe to custom 5in stack. EBPV break, shimed FPR, idm mod by mattymx, CCV mod, Leveling Kit, diprocol egt and boost guages.

The D66 is a turbo I assume?
