you arent going to be able to run much over stock with that 62 and 100hp injectors. do you have studs at least or stock bolts?

I turned 21
I held 45 psi of boost and 15.5* timing for a long time with a stock head, and I was running with a lot more drive pressure than that Silver 62 will give you. I'd say 16* is about the limit.

Ran 16.25* on my '97. Maxed out at 45psi (PDR HX40 60/16 on stock timing, but the peak dropped to 38psi at 16.25* and dropped the EGTs about 150*.

Last engine configuration before trading it off, was 10 plate and AFC housing full forward, 191DVs, DDP Stage 4 injectors, ATS exhaust manifold, BHAF, HTT Killer B2 64/14. Readjusted the 'gates to 38psi to help the head gasket. Dyno'd 416/892.

Stock gasket and bolts (never retorqued).

WH1C with 18.5cm housing and a ported 12cm housing with the divider drilled out and the wastegate hole drilled out to like 7/8". i believe the gate was set around 18-20psi.

I usually kept it under 25psi. running around empty. Never did find a hill big enough with a load on to slow it down though, in the 5yrs I ran it that way.

Guess I had a good one.

almost like 6.0s. some are great for a decent amount of mods, some pop at stock power levels.
