Water/Meth injection ??

Pros / cons, I've read up on them (wondering how much of that info is hype) but wanting to hear from those of you that haved used them.

EGT's climb kinda fast on me, 1300 deg by 3200 rpm, wondering what 4k feels like but don't want to push (hand gernade ) it.

Also any home made w/m inject plans out there ?

As usuall, thanks in advance. Don

It will help cool the engine. Making one is easy you need a
Micro pressure switch and a arming switch,
A lock off solenoid and a flow solenoid
A pump that will maintain 100 psi more than your top boost number.
I used 1/4 in poly pipe to connect it all.
And a spray nozzel that is the size you want.
I mounted the water tank in the bed of the truck.

Meth only if you keep boost below 45 psi.

I am not running all that much boost (55 psi on a good day). So I bought a surflow 12 volt pump that puts up 160 psi not much flow. I connected everthing and check that the pump could maintain 140 psi or more flowing thru the nozzel. I used a old boost elbow for a nozzel but tractor supply has plenty of nozzel for corp spraying.

I mounted the poly tank in the bed of the truck with the pump mounted on top with the lockoff solenoid that way the pump stays on and the line pressured up until later. Next mounted the nozzel in the air horn and mounted the micro pressure switch on the other side of the air horn. Then mounted the flow solenoid to the fender and ran the piping. Now the flow solenoid controls water flow allowing it to start at my preset pressure (25 psi) but only if I turn on the lockoff. Boost pressure drops below 25 psi the flow solenoid shuts off.

I do not use it any more or I would post pictures. Would you be interested in it?

Thanks for that info, I'm trying to get up a deal for a used snow system right now, I'll check with you if it falls through and see if you still have it and what you are asking for it.
