power ?

i have a 94 12 valve . i grinded the plate to a #0 but it doesnt have the power that it should the afc is slid al lthe way forward . someone told me about the little arm inside that runs along the plate how would i adjust that . ot if u have any other info that could help ........ thanks

I wouldn't worry too much about adjusting the afc lever just yet, you really have to know what you are doing, and when the plate is ground I don't think that it makes that much of a difference. Did you slide the plate forward as well? If you just grind it and leave it in the stock position, it won't gain as much power as you'd probably like. Also get a boost elbow! get a pyro and see what kind of temps you are running, and if its managable maybe think about getting a set of 370's.
