exhaust

Im debating on whether or not to get stacks for my 98 dodge 3500. I have the stock 4' inch exhaust with the 6' inch tip. I like the idea of stacks but i want a second opinion. Would you put stacks on it?

other mods you should do, is it a stick or auto, and how much power are you looking for? I would say definitely slide the fuel plate forward, slide the AFC housing forward, and do a 3k gsk. See how you like that, if you're still looking for more power, you can grind your stock fuel plate or buy one from any number of sources, TST is a good source http://www.tstproducts.com/index.asp...ATS&Category=6

That is 12v. upgrades. Hope this helps ya.

:thanks: thanks for the pic. Its just that im putting a tool box and headache rack in the back and deciding how the arrange it and be able to have the stacks without having to move my toolbox back. I have a six inch tip on now and thought bout duallin it out with 2 6inch tips.: What you think bout that?

thanks its a 5 speed stick. How bout speed now? I ran it at the track and only ran a 16.2. Its hard to do other mods to it cause my clutch is barely holding what i have and I want a southbend dual clutch but not sure? what kind of clutch you suggest?

Be aware that, it's alot harder to be fast with a manual compared to a built auto. And about the clutch, what are your goals for it? like hp numbers? and do you just wanna do racing or sledpulling too?

Well it depends what are you hp goals? if you just looking for like 400-500hp you can get away with the single disc ConFe from Southbend.
