Boost elbow and 3k gsk ?'s

I just bought a adjustable boost elbow and 3k kit, 1st ? is where the heck does the the elbow go? I dont see a line from the afc housing going over to the turbo area. 2nd should I take back the 3k kit and get the 4k? someone said the 96+ trucks come with 60lb springs is that true?

Thanks

the elbow most likely goes on the compresser side of the turbo next to the tag just look you will see it, the gsk depends on how far you want to take performance in the truck, and no they do not have the 60lb springs
