milage in the trash

Ok so I did the fuel plate slid it forward runs great!! However now I'm getting under 10 miles to the gallon HELP!! I thought milage went up maybe the foot likes the thrust WOW the power is awsome BUT>>>> 9 mpg hurts! Any Ideas out there?? Also my air filter pulls 10 on the meter now maybe the 46 psi boost does that!? So many air filter choices it's hard to tell which one works!
Any suggestions on that?
