turbo info

What does anybody think of this turbo? It has a 57mm comp wheel and a 77mm turbine http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=012

Wel this part "This system has been dyno tested to produce up to 450 horsepower at 30 lbs of boost with stock fuel injectors and moderate fuel timing modifications" is an exageration. You need lots of fueling mods to make 450hp. and BD only rates it for 425hp, so I'd say over 425 and you'll be into some extreme EGTs

Anywase so its the same as a BD super single. You can get one through summit racing for only $66 more and GREAT customer service. I'd rather pay that extra money and get one through them, but its up to you.

But I think that it would be a good turbo for 350-400hp. I don't think it will be enough for you or mickeys DVs though. But on second thought it might work alright w/ only a 3K GSK, but it might not have a whole lot of upgrade room.

Same as already said, it's the same as BD's. There's usually some in the classifieds for Dodges.

I was wondering about that, it didn't seem right. But I don't know enough to call it.

So do you guys think the turbo is a good match?

S300G PN#174430 from Borg Warner, good turbo up to 450hp. There are some tricks you can do to get more air out of them, but it puts the price closer to $1450.

What kind of tricks? Something I can do when I need to? 450 usable towing power would be awsome!! That would be around 1000 ftlb of torque!
