What would a setup like this make me?

2nd gen 12v
marine pistons for the larger bowl and lower compression (15:1)
heavy duty rod cap bolts
arp main studs
super B turbo
dowel fix (not performance)
larger fuel lines (idk what size so let me know whats best.)
sheid p-pump
larger injectors (idk what the best size is)
arp head studs and o-ring hg or fire ring.
I'm looking to have a 550-650hp daily driver that will still get 11-13 mpg in town and 18+hwy.

05 F-250 FX44"superlift, 35" pirelli scorpion ATR"S, sirius satellite radio, 1 sony 10" with 1k watts. sct with spartan and Doug's tunes, bullydog outlook, coolant temp, Egrcooler delete, coolant filter, 4" exhaust to 5" stacks, B&W gooseneck hitch, limo tint, ARP studs. AFE stageII intake with PG7, VIPER 5900SST

For only that much hp, you don't really need a lot of what you have listed. The lower compression of the marine pistons will hurt throttle response. You don't really need rod cap bolts, a built pump, or larger fuel lines. What are you starting with? 5x.014 injectors, 181 DV's if the pump is a 160 or 175, 18* timing, 4K GSK, studs, gasket, O-rings, 60 lb valve springs, 64mm turbo, and a fuel system will be right in there.

how are the cummins injectors rated? I know the powerstrokes are by cc's but what is the5x.014 or 181 DV? (I'm guessing "DV" is the maker?) So to make around 600hp on #2 I wouldn't need the built pump? Would the supper b be good enough for daily driving and maybe towing when I need to (20-25k lbs cvw at the most) or would twins be better?

Injectors are by hole count and size. 5x.014 is 5 holes that are .014" in diameter. DV is short for delivery valve. A Super B is ideal for towing and/or a top turbo in a twin setup. I doubt you would need a built pump for 600 hp. If I had more air and some 181 or 191 DV's with some more timing, I think I would be between 550 and 600.

ok, I know I have goofy questions but, how will I know if the pump is 160 or 175? What else could it be? Is there a good year of engine to get?

so my best bet is look for a 96-98 manual and put the 181 or 191 dv's on? then just convert it to an auto.

what are "AFC's"? I know it's got something to do with the fuel pump

If you get anything 96-98 it will already have the 181 DV's, manual or auto. The numbers 160-175-180-215 are stock horsepower ratings. AFC is aneroid fuel control. As boost increases, it overcomes AFC spring tension and pushes the AFC arm forward giving you more fuel. It is used as a smoke limiting device. There is a sticky in the regular 12 valve section called AFC Stuff, it is very informative.
