which shift kit??

what shift kit are yall running with your dp chips? i was just hopping to do the sonnax springs instead of a new valve body or the tugger kit. just wondering what everyone thinks?

2001 f250 CC lariat 7.3, 4" mbrb SS exhaust, s&b/homemade intake, zoodad, transgo shift kit, jodys tunes stock, 60 tow, 80 eco, 120 race, SMOKE autometer gauges(pyro, trans, boost), boost regulator, TC lock mod, ats housing, Projector lights with clear corners, billet grill, 8" superlift, 37/13.50/20 toyo mt, 20" american eagle 114, 1300 watt stereo.

Ive got the sonnax springs and they work fine,i got mine from dfuser.com

BTS valve body - quick switch without messing with changing springs.

I think I'm going to have one built by Jon Faubion when I rebuild my transmission - just for kicks. Then I can try out both the BTS and his to see which one I like the best.

I've run both the FTVB and the VTS-VB...I prefer the BTS

It's gonna be a while.

Lots of other stuff takes priority.

I have my core and the core out of a wasted transmission I hope to pick up Saturday. Lots of goodies with which to play, just no time and even less $$$

My custom hybrid accumulator body shown. Fully readjustable for tuning each shift. Transgo springs shown. :

Just installed my BTS-VB and changed the fluid to Schaeffer's 204SAT All Trans Supreme. last night. It now shifts like it should. No slamin' & Bammin', but no sliding into gear either. It works great with Jody's tuning :Thumbup: Thanks Brian.:thanks:

How much did that set you back, if you don't mind me asking?
