Edge juice W\Attitude problems AGAIN!!!!

Well my buddy just about didnt make it home the other night chip went wacko. Hes going to get a 6pos chip from Elite and some gauges. Now does any one know if hes going to have a problem returning his Edge, should he take it back to the dealer he bought it from or should he send it back to Edge. He has only had it for about 9 or 10 months and had the first on replace in march of this year. thanks for the help

BTW His truck is an 01 F350 DRW 6spd str8 piped other than that stock(other then to P.O.S Edge)

I would first try the dealer, then go up the food chain, never good to start and the top.

He will love the chip from Elite, Its the one I put down 363hp with, stock injectors, stock fuel system, and 37's... Tadd's got some wicked PMT stuff

He should not have any trouble getting his juice fixed. What was the juice doing?

the egts were reading like 2000* and the boost was all over the place it would not rev past idle barely this is the second chip hes had and hes tired of the crap he just wants something that will work the way is supposed to. he had similar problems with the first one just not as bad
