How much hp are these mods worth?

My powerstroke is a 96 dually auto. I have already deleted the resonator. I am installing the Napa air filter intake I found on TDG. I am adding boost and pyro gauges, along with a downpipe and 4" pipe in place of my muffler. Can anyone give me a guess as to what kind of hp/torque increase these mods will give me before I add a chip or programmer? Thanks.

Maybe 15-25 Hp. You dont really get that much out of those. You should notice some cooler EGTs though. But once you get your chip, you will be glad you did it

A slight power and fuel economy raise as stated above, along with a big change in the turbo whistle.

Get the exhaust and gauges done and once you get a chip you will be amazed at the power increase!!!

To clarify a little is Tony Wildman. IMHO I would not get ANY chip that Tony Wildman or Jody at DP tuners did not program. Yes other vendors sell chips but make sure who programed it. ATS or Van Aken, Bully Dog way!
