Switching chip

I have a friend w/ a 2000 F250 automatic 7.3 and was wondering if my ts performance chip would work for his truck w/out sending it back in to be reburnt?

If your chip was burnt for the 99, then no it won't, however, if whoever set up your chip used pmt programing, then yes it will. If he is close, stick it in his truck and see if it will run. It won't hurt anything if its the wrong code.
