What could be the problem..

2000 f250 7.3 stroke and smoke, the truck seems to want to drift from side to side somewhat when driving. I find myself always trying to correct it and jerking the wheel, can't seem to keep it in the road,,,.Is something in the front end wore out??

Also check the ball joints and unit hubs as they are notorious for wearing out quickly. Could possibly be swaybar links or bad tierod ends.
