ITP has them, DI has them, I think Diesel Site has them as well. Or your local turbo shop.

Any one have a recording or video of what the wicked wheel sounds like???

Don't want to disappoint you, but it doesn't really make that much more noise over the regular wheel.It's basically just a copy of the early 99PSD wheel. It does help with surge (flutter). You also loose a little boost on the top end.

will it help the turbo spool any faster?

I'll have to get you one. My truck whistles niiiice. Louder in the cab than my friend's ball bearing.
I have a "wicked wheel" and a 1.0 exhast housing as well as deleted the intercooler foil.
