Thumbs up Will buy dp 5 tuner!

I am totally convinced by these posts that the dp tuner is the way to go.
But can't order til next week since they are closed Fridays!

I have no mods to my 2000 psd yet (except 5th wheel hitch).
I am leaning towards a MagnaFlow turbo back exhaust system, but havn't decided on a cold-air intake brand yet. Since I won't be getting the Edge Juice w/Attitude now, I need gauges, either Autometer or Isspro.

This forum is a real God-send for us newbies!

Thanks to all for the helpful info.

Will let you know when I get it installed.

Dan:thanks:

Yeah first you need to get yourself some gauges, like you said you will not be getting the monitor, so you will need to get some gauges and a way to mount them, also interested in an exhaust and intake. I recommend that you make a post in the Supporting Vendors Forum, I did when I decided on making my first purchases for my truck and I was very pleased with the vendors, if your make a post I can guarantee you will get response and some sort of great deal~!

I just put a AFE stage II with the ProDry filter. I could really feel and hear the difference in the performance of my truck. The turbo use to take a few seconds to spool up and had turbo lag...but after the new induction, the turbo kicks in immediately. This is with no chip too. I can't imagine what it's gonna be like with a chip installed. I would HIGHLY recommend the AFE Stage II.

For me the hardest thing with doing upgrades to my truck is deciding which product to use, there is soooo many choices and opinions for each upgrade.
