Edge with the EGT gauge...tuned by DP...anyone?

I am wondering if anyone has used this setup (Edge with DP tunes)??

I'm in need of gauges as well as a chip....this combo might kill 2 birds with one checkbook entry. I have an Edge on my 5.4L engine and love the tune (mostly the transmission shifting).

It'll show boost, EGT, and others..... I already have an analog trans temp.:thanks:

700 bucks seems kinda expensive for an egt gauge and limiter. Just my opinion

He is talking about the new Evo (Evolution 2). That runs about $540. You are going to spend $300 on guages/pod. That leaves you spending $240 on the tuner which doubles a a code reader, and so much more. Plus, this can be reflashed by your home computer with custom tunes emailed to you anytime you want (including DP tunes). That is a steal to me.

I just put the EVO 2 in my truck. Jody did the tunes for me. Everything seems great so far.
