stalling

I have a 2003 f-250 7.3L with a hypertech programmer and the truck either stalls out completely or misses really bad. sometimes the engine light comes on when it stalls or misses and sometimes it does not. sometimes i get 1 code sometimes 3 codes. hypertech told me it may be the cmp sensor. anybody know?

According to my OBD2 Code Reader Definitions:

P0344 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Intermittent

P1316 - IDM Codes Detected

Paee - ???? No such code listed.

Hope this helps

sounds like a cam sensor problem to me. There down to about 25 bucks from ford and can be channged in about 5 min. Its worth a try.
