Picking a tuner?

Hey guys. I just got the truck about a month ago. I have MBRP Smoker stacks and a airaid stage 2 on their way. I couldnt decide on that to do about a tuner. Im leaning towards a Edge Evolution because i wont have to buy any guages and keep it somewhat "sleeper." I was o so ashamed of my 18.3 second run at NewEngland Dragway last week and i need to get my *** into at least a 15. Im told the stacks and intake will prob give me 1/2 a second but thats not enough. Any suggestions and why? Any help would be much appreciated.

Because with the Edge Evo with Attitude monitor you can monitor up to 4 parameters without gauges (EGT, Engine Temp, Tranny Load and Boost), plus you can do more with it. I mean its not like plug it in and go, you still have to do all the connections you would with gauges just don't have the gauges. The monitor alone is around the price of a 3gauge deal though.

actually there are only 2 connections to be made with it. One being a direct plug in to the in cab OBDII, and the other is the exhaust pyrometer. The boost and tranny temp and all the other featured gauges read threw the trucks OBDII port. I like it, and i get to keep my "O ****" handle. The whole thing is updatable over the internet too. 540 bucks for 4 gauges and a tuner cant go wrong!
