Smile ATS E Tuner vs. DP Tuner??

Greetings,
My first post so here we go It's very apparent while scrolling through the posts that the general consensus is that DP Tuner is the prefered choice amongst most members. Does anyone have any experience or opinions regarding the ATS "E Tuner" programmer? I would love any feedback as I am trying to decide here within a few days (I happen to be parked outside of ATS in Arvada, CO with my 33' 5th wheel after just having their transmission, etc. installed in my truck)and know very little about chips/programmers.
Thanks a million!

Honestly, I dont know anything about the ATS E-tuner but I will add a vote for the DP-Tuner! They are one of the very best!
I dont know if your into the "black smoke craze" goin around these days but if you are here is a video of me messing around with the Highest setting DP-Tuner offers!
It is a little long cause I was by myself so I had to run back to the player.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Good luck with that. I live not too far away and I won't put an ATS trans in my truck.

Thanks for the reply. As I'm new to this arena, are there any other companies out there making trannies like this that have at least a 3yr./150k warranty for less $$?

Yeah, good luck with that warranty. Have you read it?

They will void your warranty for nearly anything. Here's one example:
"The use of other than Factory or ATS TCM/PCM programming."

This one is funny, they now double your transmission maintenance costs. Normal service is 30K miles, now with an ATS trans, it's every 15K: "A qualified automotive shop must service the ATS transmission and/or 5Star Viskus Clutch Drive Torque Converter every year, or 15,000 miles (whichever occurs first) to ensure warranty for the full 3 year/150,000 miles."

Also if you want to cover the clutch pack under warranty in case of "over torque" you have to buy their Extreme clutch pack. How about build a transmission right to begin with that doesn't need an upgrade?

Want a good transmission? Get a BTS: www.brianstruckshop.com

We even have a BTS dealer here in Colorado, Rocky Horn: www.rspdiesel.com

When I got my BTS installed, Rocky told me "I dare you to break it". Try that with an ATS tranny.
