you cannot stack a chip and a programer. the chip will over ride the programer. you wont gain anything by doin this.:

Stacking Edge with a TS chip won't give you any more power. All you'll get is a set of gauges with the Attitude monitor.

stacking a Hypertech III with a DP Tuner cost me a new PCM and a lot of headache and money trying to figure out what the hell happened. never again.

I have stacked mine with my DP and it makes a huge difference. It turned the 80E tune into a real screamer and got about 29PSI of boost out of the TN BB turbo as well.

Any programmer that writes to the PCM will automatically be trumped with the installation of a chip. Always. 29 PSI on DP-Tuner 80E setting and a drop-in turbo is very common.

Any ICP fooler (like the Edge EZ, 10K mod, 18K mod, etc) will continue to work with any chip. However, most chips already have controls over ICP pressure, so the addition of one of those foolers will have an overall effect on the tuning. In many cases the call for so much ICP pressure actually causes the HPOP to drop pressure more severely and you end up losing top end power.

The Juice and Attitude are modules, not programmers so they dont/cant change the PCM. It, as you know sends a false signal from its sensors to the PCM to get more fuel, ICP and timing.
With the 80E I can get about 26PSI and with that and the Edge on level 3 I can almost hit 30. Dont forget that I am at over 7000ft....
