At 2200 RPM's down the highway, you've shot yourself in the foot when it comes to mileage. Best bet is to call and talk to Jody and see if he has any tricks up his sleeve for mileage tuning at those RPM's. Unless you slow down, I don't think you'll see more than 16 mpg.

i have the dp tuner and on the 80 econo tune i got 20 miles to the gallon running a 500 mile round trip. it was in the middle of the night and i had the cruise set both ways at 75 mph. not sure what the rpm's was but i have 3.73 rear so should have been around 2000 i believe. i have not had better mileage with any other chip. I also use the 80 hp tow for pulling the fifth wheel camper and have not seen any egt issues yet but have only seen a few good grades with it. the difference between the 140 aggressive and 140 ex is the amount of fuel the motor gets on the bottom end. The aggressive will smoke more from the start at a light but the 140 ex doesn't smoke as much. contact jody at dp tuner and he will be able to help alot more. I spoke to him and he is a good guy to deal with.

You should talk with DP but I think you better get a lower hp tow tune also. Unless you care to watch the egt gauge while you have the 17k trailer hooked to it.

what speed are you at @2200 for me it is 80 you may want to just try slowing down a 100 rpm at a crack and see what happens.. i have the 80t,80e and 120 reprogramed EVO ir is great.. littel to no smoke and pulls like mad. best i seen on my overhear was 18.7 which was close to what was hand calculated ..80t was almost 15

Driving at anything over 2000 RPM is going to kill fuel mileage. I never run over 2000 unless I have a good reason to hall A** for a few mile like PO-PO's or running away from my buddies duracrap.

thanks guys for your opinions slowin down is really not an option as i drive about 200mi each way to work strait and flat/boring and long if i slow down to 70 or 75 i just seems like forever. i thought about a gear change to get down to 2000 or even 1800 but thats not always a cure. @2200 im doin 80 makin about 8-9lbs and about 550 on the exhaust. i figure my miles on every fill up usully bettween 100-140 gal fill up thats every two weeks or so. so its hard to see a change of 100 or 200 rpm.i will just have to call jody i guess thanks for you time steve

How are you doing that kind of mileage? I have a dp, intake and exhaust and I'm only getting 10.5 in town or on the highway. I've had the dealer check everything. What are you doing different, I wonder?
