For the DP, I would go with Stock, 80 Economy, either the 40, 60 or 80 tow (they depend on how much weight you tow...the more weight, the lower you want the setting at to keep your EGT's in check), and the 140 aggressive for your fun.
*Be sure to get some gauges*
4" Downpipe would work well with the proguard 7.
As for maintenance and/or repairs, o-rings. HPOP o-rings, turbo pedestal o-rings, and fuel bowl drain o-rings are the most common. They're cheap, just takes time to replace.
