Hey guys,

I am about to purchase a 7.3 and want to run a monitor to show my egts boost trans, etc instead of the analog gauge. Whats the best one out there to use in conjunction with a dp tuner?

1996 CTD ex cab LB, 5 speed 4x4, LUK clutch, 370"s, fully built and bench flowed pump from TRE Diesel, timing at 17*, airdog 150, aem brute force intake pullin air through a schwitzer 65mm charger, and pushin it out a FBD 5 inch exhaust painted flat black, 6 in. MBRP tip

Waitin for install, ARP studs, 4 GSK, and added timing

Dont like the moniters... If it goes out you are out all your gauges... There harder to read, you can not just glance at them.

I prefer TS chips with Power Hungry Performance or other tunes on it...

I'm with Joe.

Gauges are WAY better then a Monitor.

And I also prefure a TS Style chip with some Custom tunes from someone like Matt at Gearhead or Bill at PHP

1999.5 Ford F-250 7.3l 4x4 PSD DI Short block, Ported Heads, Head studs, Over size valve springs, DI Push Rods, DI RR, GTP38R, GSL 392 fuel pump with 3/8 line feeding 238cc Injectors from Nate @ Unlimited Diesel and Tuning from Matt @ Gearhead Automotive

Auto to ZF6 Completed

520hp and 926tq - 5/23/09

The problem with gauges is that you need like 6 of them to monitor stuff.

I'd rather not have a cockpit, I'd like a discrete monitor style gauge as well.
