Blowing injectors

I keep blowing injectors and dont know why? This is the third time in the last month. I have Bully Dog, CP3, Aroura 5000, I had it stacked with a quadzilla presure dial but disconected that and still have problems. Stock injectors FASS Fuel system, Water, Meth. Do you think it hasd anything to do with the injectors being stock?

What exactly do you mean by "blowing" the injectors?

And yeah it sounds like your sending A LOT of fuel through those stock injectors. They weren't made to flow that much, I'dd upgrade to some aftermarket ones. You'll gain some good power w/ a nice set of injectors, more than they are rated for. Plus some companies offer warranties in case they don't help.

I would definitely say it has something to do with your stock injectors. Stock injection pressure on a common rail is 23,000 psi or so. And the nozzles are a weak point in that system. My friend was running an 05 with a modded cp3, several different combinations of stacked boxes, and aftermarket nozzles, and he kept doing the same thing. He eventually went to different injectors and hasn't had the much problem with them.

I would look into f1 diesel's flux series injectors if I were you.
