tuner questions

How much power can a stock 47RE take? I have an upgraded valve body and deep sump pan...but i don't know how much more power I can add

I'm thinking about getting a Snow Performance Boost Cooler and a Bully Dog J Hook to up my boost levels. Does anybody have any expierience with these power adders?

Thanks guys!

i think if you got a nice TQ converter then you could at least handle some 50-75 HP sticks with an edge, but im a manual guy im not sure

I would look into a good converter before I started doing any more then what you have. We have pretty much the same setup but I had to add a converter and while i was in the trans I upgraded the input shaft to billet and had the whole thing rebuilt. No problems now. I would also make sure your trans cooler is clean and flush the system regularly.. I just went through issues with heat.
