Unhappy Quadzilla Adrenaline is here! Now the bad news

We pre-ordered an Adrenaline for our shop-dually to get one on the way as soon as Quad was ready to ship them.

Well, we got it today, and can't install it, as we are currently tearing the dash out for heater core replacement, rebuilding the trans, and all kinds of stuff getting it ready for the towing season..

Oh the SUSPENSE!

On a better note, we now have them in stock for all 98-02 24 Valve trucks! Check em out here!

Wow! :wow

That is a hell of a performance system it covers everything under the sun from warm up, cool down, performance and MPG's... Top it off with USB updateable!

Holy Crap dude... That looks like something worth buying! To bad I've got a Edge Comp right now...

wow! what more could you want.
after reading the discription i came up with a question.
its says you can set the turbo timer to follow egt's for cool down time. so what should your egt's come down to before you shut the truck off?

I always wait until they hit around 325-350, I would wait longer but I get bored just sitting their.

Is it installed yet? I'm interested in hearing about how hard it defuels. Are you going to put it on a dyno when you get hooked up?

well, i guess my thinking was acurate then. after i got my recon i would watch egts at idle, i was guessing that 330 was a good number to shut it off at. lol i get bored too. i was going down a big hill one day and thought it would be cool to see how low i could get the egts, it hit 199. just a little story there. thanks for the info.

You're not alone there. Every so often, I'll drive the truck based on the pyro, trying to keep it below 700 at all times, it helps to be generally headed down hill. But I've been able to squeeze a couple MPG out of it that way, and get around 21 I pretty hilly terrain.

Do you need to buy the commander digital crontrol system too? Or does it come with a display?

It comes with a small display, you can see it if you look at the picture on my site. You can view 1 parameter at a time.

There will be a Commander/Adrenaline version coming out soon!
