help with delete questions

Ok first working with a 07.5 6.7 auto. If i take the exhust down and remove the inside of the cat and DPF and then reinstall it and then install a edge juce with adatude. will I have an engine light?
With that done Will it still do regens? or will they stop cause of the lack of back pressure? My truck is getting 10.5 -10.9 MPG now this is just running around town It will increase on the highway.

will I have an engine light?

going to say yes, because of the differential pressure sensors before and after the dpf

With that done Will it still do regens?or will they stop cause of the lack of back pressure?

it will try, and fail, and throw more lights

do yourself a big favor and dont waste your time gutting the insides of the exhaust. i see your in eastern pa somewhere. call zimmy's and get the dpf / egr deletes and a smarty with the delete software. (he has everything in stock, thats where i got the stuff to do my buddies truck). with a stock auto tranny you can handle level 3 or 5. even on level 3 with the deleted emissions it will feel like a huge power upgrade and sound better too. he gets a regen needed light every once in awhile but it goes away. it takes a couple times of clearing the code but they truck will learn that it doesnt need to do it. it is well worth the time and money. and trust me fuel mileage WILL increase to between 15-20 depending on your driving style. if you need anything else dont be afraid to ask.

My truck:
1999 Dodge 24 Valve Cummins
P pump conversion with a 180 pump
Pump doesn't have a fuel plate, 4g springs, & full cut dv's, no afc, ect..
.093 fuel lines
Air Dog 165
custom ground cam
mahle pistons with .050 valve reliefs
balanced rotating assembly
8 x 11 injectors
ported head with 60lbs valve springs and 12mm studs
Pro 52
Polydyn header
stage 5 east coast diesel bullit automatic trans.
triple disk dunrite torque converter
4.10 gears
klienn train horns
Nubers with the twins and without header
603hp 1157tq
12.7 quarter mile (then ht3b blew again)

I would assume it could cause CELs. I know it will not stop regens unless you run the SIMMs plugged into the harness, as you have to when using Edge for deletes. I my honest opionion you will be better off doing a delete pipe or my preference a TBE be it 4 or 5in neither are that loud. and Running tuning from either Smarty or H and S. This way you can get rid of the EGR as well because at the end of the day the EGR is the real problem. I would also think you would be better to keep the DPF intact because if you ever had to have them you would not want to buy one. As I said buddy if you want/need anything I can walk you through it, it pretty easy to go.

I figure I will leave it stock for a while. I ordered my gauges today I will install them for now, What boost does a 6.7 push stock? and where are you guys installing the tranny temp sender? on my 04.5 I had it in the line coming off the tranny going to the heat exchanger.

My intake horn is drilled and tapped for my boost gauge. My Pyro probe is in the exhaust side of the turbo in the O for Hoslet. and my trans gauge has a welded in fitting in the pan. I have seen 26psi stock and never really pushed it that hard tuned... so I can't really answer that for you.
