Need a programmer for an 03 to do tire size

I bought a DiabloSport Predator thinking it would do the tire size change but it only does that on the 06 and up. Mileage is also a factor. The truck had been getting about 17 to 17.5 mpg with the Diablo Predator my mileage is now 21.5 to 22.3 I have changed from stock tires to 325/70/17 (about 33.5in tall) speedometer off by about 8 mph. I have to have a programmer that will let me correct my speedometer. I love the power & mpg gains from the predator. Would like some input on what my options are.

i think bullydog has something like that,....that can change the tire size and speedomter. But i don't "THINK" it give you more power.

The Edge Evolution is supposed to have this capability and that was one small selling point to me. After I bought it, I found out it does not work on the '03's because of some conflict with the ABS system. Edge was supposedly working on a software fix but no promises. Since I purchased through mail order, I could not return. I still like it though. (False advertising if you ask me)
